民族药三角咪的SPME-GC-MS研究

【摘要】:采用固相微萃取技术(SPME)提取三角咪中的挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其挥发性化学成分进行分离与分析.结果表明:从三角咪植株根、茎、叶中共分离鉴别出104种挥发性成分,根中分离鉴定出了40种,茎中分离鉴定出了50种,叶中分离鉴定出了60种,挥发性物质含量分别为42.91%、71.11%和92.22%.其中三角咪各部位均含有的挥发性物质有13种,三角咪植株中主要的成分有:水杨酸甲酯(17.04%)、(S)-4-甲基-3-乙基-1-戊醇(7.29%)、α-紫罗酮(3.72%)、14-甲基十五酸甲酯(2.90%)、alpha.-金合欢烯(2.39%)等.
[Abstract]:The volatile constituents were extracted by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that 104 volatile components were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of the plants, 40 species were isolated from the roots, 50 species were isolated from the stems, 60 species were isolated from the leaves, and the contents of the volatile substances were 42.91% and 92.22%, respectively. Among them, 13 volatile substances were found in all parts of the plant. The main components in the plants were methyl salicylate (17.04%), (S) -4-methyl-3-ethyl-1-pentanol) (7.29%), 伪 -violarone (3.72%), methyl 14 methyl pentadecanoate (2.90%), alpha.-acacia (2.39%), and so on. The main components in the plants were methyl salicylate (17.04%), methyl 3-methyl-3-ethyl-1-pentanol (7.29%) and 伪 -viololone (3.72%).
