单味中药治疗脓毒症的研究进展

【摘要】：脓毒症是机体对感染的反应失调损伤了自身组织,表现为炎症反应过度或免疫功能抑制,导致机体受到伤害,从而出现的一种威胁生命的状况,因此改善脓毒症免疫紊乱成为治疗脓毒症的新方向。中医在诊治脓毒症方面积累了丰富的经验,中药的免疫调节作用已受到广泛的关注。近年来中医药治疗脓毒症取得了较好成果,发现中药大黄、连翘、黄连、人参、冬虫夏草等能有效改善脓毒症症状,降低脓毒症死亡,提高临床疗效,改善病人的预后,具有一定的临床参考价值,故将疗效显著的单味药物及其有效成分进行阐述,为临床治疗提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Sepsis is a life-threatening condition in which the body's imbalance of response to infection damages its own tissue, which is characterized by an overreaction to inflammation or suppression of immune function, resulting in injury to the body. Therefore, improving the immune disorder of sepsis has become a new direction in the treatment of sepsis. Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. In recent years, Chinese medicine has achieved good results in treating sepsis. It was found that rhubarb, Forsythia suspensa, Coptis chinensis, Ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis and so on can effectively improve the symptoms of sepsis, reduce the death of sepsis, improve the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients. It has certain clinical reference value, so the single medicine and its effective components with remarkable curative effect are expounded to provide reference for clinical treatment.
