温针灸结合耳聋1号治疗老年耳鸣（肾精亏损型）的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察温针灸结合耳聋1号治疗老年肾精亏损型耳鸣的临床疗效,为治疗老年耳鸣提供更多有效方法和手段。方法:根据中医及西医的诊断标准,选取自2015年1月至2016年12月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院耳鼻喉门诊就诊的,且符合入选条件的老年耳鸣患者70例(均为单耳发病),采取随机配对、非盲对照法,将所选病例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组(针药并用组)温针灸治疗期间配合口服中药耳聋1号,对照组(中药组)治疗期间口服耳聋1号。以10天为一个疗程,观察三个疗程,记录结果并进行统计学分析。所有数据分析均在SPSS17.0软件中进行。结果:1.观察组临床治愈3例,显效17例,有效3例,无效8例,总有效率77.14%;对照组的治愈1例,显效9例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率65.71%,经Ridit分析,两组总有效率有显著差异,(P0.05),有统计学意义。2.观察组和对照组在治疗10天后,经检验,P0.05,即在治疗10天后,观察组药物对各项症状体征范围的改善均优于对照组。3.对照组治疗前和治疗30天后比较,在用药30天后,各项症状及体征积分,差值均服从正态分布,采用t检验。在治疗30天后,观察组药物对耳鸣的改善优于对照组。结论:研究表明,温针灸结合耳聋1号对于老年肾精亏损型耳鸣的疗效确切,无论是老年肾精亏损耳鸣的治疗疗效还是治疗前后总体疗效,针药并用组明显优于单纯中药组。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with deafness No. 1 in the treatment of senile tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency type, and to provide more effective methods and means for the treatment of senile tinnitus. 70 cases of senile tinnitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Observation group (combined acupuncture and medicine group) was treated with oral Chinese medicine deafness 1 during warm acupuncture, while control group (traditional Chinese medicine group) was treated with oral deafness 1 during 10 days. Results: 1. In the observation group, 3 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.14%; in the control group, 1 case was cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.71%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group (P After 30 days of treatment, the improvement of tinnitus in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Warm acupuncture combined with deafness No. 1 has a definite effect on senile renal essence deficiency tinnitus, whether it is the treatment effect of senile renal essence deficiency tinnitus or the overall effect before and after treatment. It is superior to the simple Chinese medicine group.
