正交试验优化余甘子配方颗粒的提取工艺研究

【摘要】:目的:优化余甘子配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以没食子酸含量、出膏率的综合评价结果为指标,以加水倍数、提取次数和提取时间为因素,设计正交试验优化余甘子配方颗粒的提取条件并进行验证试验。结果:余甘子配方颗粒最优提取工艺为饮片加12倍水,提取2次,每次提取1 h。验证试验中出膏率平均值为30.44%(RSD=2.07%,n=3)、没食子酸含量平均值为8.12%(RSD=0.86%,n=3)。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定,可为余甘子配方颗粒的标准化、规范化生产提供依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the extraction process of Fructus Glycyrrhizae granules. Methods: based on the comprehensive evaluation results of Gallic acid content and extraction rate, the orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction conditions of the formula granules of Fructus Glycyrrhiza and to carry out the validation experiment with the factors of water addition, times of extraction and extraction time. Results: the optimum extraction process of Fructus Glycyrrhizae was as follows: adding 12 times water, extracting for 2 times for 1 hour each time. The average content of gallate and Gallic acid were 30.44% (RSD=2.07%,n=3) and 8.12% (RSD=0.86%,n=3) respectively. Conclusion: the optimized extraction process is stable and can provide the basis for standardization and production of Fructus Glycyrrhizae.
