晚期结直肠癌患者维持期中药治疗研究

【摘要】：目的研究中药治疗对于晚期结直肠癌患者维持期的治疗的临床治疗效果及价值。方法方便该研究选择该院收治的56例晚期结直肠癌患者,选取时段为2014年6月—2016年6月期间,所有患者均处于维持期,采用随机数字表进行评价分组,应用中药治疗的28例患者命名为实验组,而应用西药治疗的另28例患者命名为对照组,治疗后将实验及对照组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果经不同的治疗,相比于对照组患者,实验组患者的无疾病进展时间(6.54±1.48)个月明显较长、卡氏评分89.29%、CD4/CD8(1.95±0.70)及NK细胞(16.0±4.00)%均明显较优,对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药治疗对于晚期结直肠癌患者维持期的治疗具有理想的效果,不但可将无疾病进展时间延长,同时可对患者生活质量及免疫功能进行改善,在临床上值得应用和推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine in the maintenance of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods the study selected 56 patients with advanced colorectal cancer from June 2014 to June 2016. All patients were in maintenance period. The 28 patients treated with Chinese medicine were named as experimental group, while the other 28 patients treated with western medicine were named as control group. After the treatment, the clinical effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results compared with the control group, the time of disease free progression in the experimental group was (6.54 卤1.48) months longer than that in the control group. The score of 89.29% CD4 / CD8 and the percentage of NK cells (1.95 卤0.70) and (16.0 卤4.00)% were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine is an ideal treatment for the maintenance stage of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. It can not only prolong the time of progression without disease, but also improve the quality of life and immune function of patients. It is worth applying and popularizing in clinic.
