心肾综合征以传统“心肾相关”思路论治探讨

【摘要】：心肾综合征是指心脏与肾脏均出现功能障碍的疾病,其发病涉及心、肾两脏,由心及肾,或由肾及心,或心肾同病,故治疗时应两者兼顾。目前单纯西医治疗并未取得较好疗效,患者生活质量及临床获益较差。相比之下,中医学从"心肾相关"理论认识心肾同病历史悠久,相关方剂的治疗作用不仅被研究证实,更能在临床上取效。因此,从传统"心肾相关"思路探讨心肾综合征(尤其是Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型)的证治具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。
