头针丛刺法治疗中风后感觉性失语患者的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：探讨头针丛刺言语三区治疗中风后感觉性失语的临床有效性和安全性,及其对中风后感觉性失语患者言语功能的影响。方法：本课题选取52例中风后感觉性失语的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法按照1：1的比例随机分为两组,即：治疗组和对照组,每组各26例。两组均给予相同的常规药物治疗及言语康复训练。对照组给予常规针刺治疗。治疗组给予言语三区丛刺治疗。两组受试者每天治疗1次,每6次为1个疗程,2个疗程间休息1天,共治疗4个疗程。采用北京医科大学《汉语失语成套测验》于治疗前后对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果：治疗后,治疗组谈话、理解、复述、命名功能评分明显高于治疗前,组内治疗前后比较具有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗后,对照组谈话、理解、复述、命名功能评分明显高于治疗前,组内治疗前后比较具有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组谈话、理解、复述、命名功能评分明显优于对照组,组间治疗后比较具有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗组,显效9例,有效11例,进步4例,无效2例,总有效率为76.92%；对照组,显效3例,有效12例,进步4例,无效7例,总有效率为57.69%。治疗组疾病疗效优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论：1、头针丛刺言语三区与常规针刺法均可改善中风后感觉性失语患者的言语功能。2、丛刺言语三区治疗效果优于常规针刺治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of sensory aphasia after stroke and its effect on speech function of poststroke sensory aphasia patients. Methods: 52 patients with sensory aphasia after apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion of 1:1: treatment group and control group, 26 cases in each group. Both groups were given the same routine drug therapy and speech rehabilitation training. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture. The treatment group was treated with three areas of speech. The two groups were treated once a day, every 6 times as a course of treatment, 2 courses of rest 1 day, a total of 4 courses of treatment. The Chinese aphasia test set of Beijing Medical University was used to evaluate the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the scores of conversation, understanding, retelling, naming function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before and after treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of conversation, understanding, retelling, naming function in the control group were significantly higher than those before and after treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of conversation, understanding, retelling, naming function in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). In the treatment group, 9 cases were effective, 11 cases were effective, 4 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.922, while in the control group, 3 cases were effective, 12 cases were effective, 4 cases were improved, 7 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 57.69%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion the speech function of patients with sensory aphasia after apoplexy can be improved by both scalp acupuncture and routine acupuncture, and the effect of cluster acupuncture is better than that of routine acupuncture.
