基于正交设计“三透法”针刺治疗贝尔麻痹的优化方案研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨"三透法"针刺治疗贝尔麻痹留针时间及针刺强度优化组合方案。方法:将117例贝尔麻痹患者按照2因素3水平的L9(34)正交设计表随机分为9组(每组13例),予三透法为主治疗,隔日1次,观察至治疗后30天。以面神经电图、H-B达Ⅱ级所需时间为指标,观察留针时间、针刺强度对针刺疗效的影响。结果:较优水平搭配有四种组合,即A2B1、A3B1、A2B2、A3B2。但从临床实际出发,选择A2B2组合方案,即留针20 min,透刺较为合理。结论:"三透法"针刺治疗贝尔麻痹留针时间、针刺强度优化组合方案:透刺、留针20 min。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the optimal combination of acupuncture time and acupuncture intensity in the treatment of Bell palsy.
