针灸疗法配合前交叉韧带损伤重建术后康复治疗的临床观察60例

【摘要】：目的：探讨针灸疗法配合前交叉韧带损伤关节镜下重建术后康复治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年9月-2017年1月期间,辽宁中医药大学附属医院骨伤二科收治的60例前交叉韧带损伤且经膝关节镜下重建治疗的患者,采用抛硬币法随机分为：对照组30例,男性17例,女性13例,年龄20岁-60岁,平均年龄37.13岁,术后采用常规康复治疗方案;治疗组30例,其中男性20例,女性10例,年龄20岁-60岁,平均年龄37.80岁,术后在对照组康复治疗的基础上配合针刺治疗。观测两组患者术后第2、4、6、8、10、12、14天患侧膝关节屈曲角度,以及两组患者患肢膝关节肿胀程度、VAS评分及有效率的评价,并进行相关的统计学分析。结果：1两组患者在年龄、性别、体重、病程等一般情况方面比较,差异无统计学意义。2两组患者在术后第2、4、6天所测得的患膝肿胀指数无明显差异,无明显统计学意义;在术后第8、10、12、14天实验组内肿胀程度显著下降,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3统计结果表明,从术后第二天患肢膝关节开始做康复运动起,治疗组患者每日增加的角度明显高于对照组,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。4根据统计结果,术后前两天两组患者均存在一般程度的疼痛,两组间疼痛差异无统计学意义(P0.05);从术后第4天起实验组与对照组比较VAS评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。5疗效评价的统计结果表明,治疗组患者的有效率及显效率明显高于对照组患者。结论：应用针灸配合前交叉韧带损伤关节镜下重建术后的康复治疗的方法,可以解决关节镜术后引起的并发症,对膝关节的功能恢复疗效显著,有效预防了肌肉萎缩及关节软组织粘连。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. Methods: from September 2014 to January 2017, 60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury treated by arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). There were 17 males and 13 females, aged from 20 to 60 years, with an average age of 37.13 years, and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, including 20 males and 10 females, aged 20 to 60 years, with an average age of 37.80 years. After operation in the control group on the basis of rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture treatment. The knee flexion angle of the affected side was observed on the 2nd and 4th day after operation, and the VAS score and the effective rate of the knee joint swelling degree of the affected limbs in both groups were evaluated, and the correlation statistical analysis was carried out. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, sex, body weight, course of disease and so on. 2 there was no significant difference in the swelling index of the affected knee between the two groups at the 6th day after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, sex, body weight, course of disease and so on. The degree of swelling in the experimental group decreased significantly on day 8, 10, 12 and 14 after operation. The statistical results showed that from the second day after operation, the angle of daily increase of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05).
