维吾尔药材洋甘菊质量标准研究

【摘要】:针对维吾尔药材洋甘菊进行质量标准研究,进一步完善洋甘菊的质量控制体系为维吾尔医用药和研发提供技术支撑。采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对洋甘菊中木犀草素成分进行鉴别,按《中国药典》方法检测其显微鉴别、水分、总灰分、含量测定(HPLC)、水溶性及醇溶性浸出物等含量。TLC斑点清晰,显微专属性强;10批不同产地市售的洋甘菊药材测得水分范围在7.18%~8.55%;总灰分范围9.15%~24.50%;酸不溶性灰分范围在0.717%~8.237%;浸出物范围在21.62%~32.52%;HPLC测定了木犀草素含量在0.146~0.293μg/g之间。该研究为洋甘菊药材的质量标准提供了充分的数据,薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰、重现性好,显微鉴别有明显特征,为洋甘菊药材进行质量标准和合理开发提供理论数据奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:To improve the quality control system of Chamomile for Uygur medicine, to provide technical support for Uygur medicine and research and development. Luteolin in chamomile was identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) (TLC). The microscopical identification of luteolin in chamomile was determined by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The water content, total ash content, water solubility and alcohol-soluble extract of (HPLC), were determined. The water content of 10 batches of Chamomile sold in different producing areas was 8.55; the total ash was 9.15 ~ 24.50; the acid insoluble ash was 0.717 ~ 8.237; the extract was 21.62 ~ 32.52; the content of luteolin was between 0.1466 and 0.293 渭 g / g by HPLC. This study provided sufficient data for the quality standard of Chamomile, the identification spots of TLC were clear, the reproducibility was good, and the microscopic identification had obvious characteristics. It lays a foundation for the quality standard and reasonable development of chamomile.
