龙江医家以气血为纲辨治内伤杂病探讨

【摘要】：龙江医派,是近现代我国北疆新崛起的中医学术流派,以其独特的地域性、严谨的学术性、强大的辐射性、普遍的群体性等特点,名扬于国内外。探讨龙江医派众医家独特的学术思想、严谨的辨证态度及灵活临证风格,对于现代中医临床和科研工作具有极为重要的实用价值和指导意义。目前对于龙江医家以气血为纲,辨治内伤杂病的理论大多为单纯的案例分析或经验汇总。本文对有关龙江医家运用气血理论治疗内伤杂病的案例,进行了概念的总结、经验的提炼及特点的辨析。主要采取的方法有:阅读文献、比较分析、归纳检索、案例论证等方法。本文分为三个部分进行探讨。第一部分,是以龙江医派的发生、发展历程和特色传承为大背景,通过对龙江医派的简述来明确本课题的研究来源、背景及其意义与价值。第二部分,通过对黑龙江地区的地理气候特点,龙江人的饮食、起居劳逸等生活习俗及性格特点的分析探讨,来归纳出气血病的形成原因,并得出龙江地区气病多郁滞,血病多瘀的特点。第三部分,以龙江医家运用气血理论诊治内伤杂病的经验案例为蓝本,归纳、整理出龙江医家以辨证论治为核心,以复法组方手段,运用调气法、调血法、气血同调法、及活用活血化瘀法等气血理论治疗黑龙江地区的疾病,为龙江人民健康保驾护航。
[Abstract]:Longjiang Medical School is a newly rising academic school of traditional Chinese medicine in northern Xinjiang of modern China. It is famous at home and abroad for its unique regional, rigorous academic, strong radiation, universal group, and so on. It is of great practical value and guiding significance for the clinical and scientific research of modern Chinese medicine to probe into the unique academic thought, rigorous dialectical attitude and flexible clinical style of doctors in Longjiang Medical School. At present, for Longjiang doctors, Qi and blood as the outline, the theory of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases is mostly simple case analysis or experience collection. In this paper, the author summarized the concept, abstracted the experience and analyzed the characteristics of the cases of internal injury and miscellaneous diseases treated by the theory of qi and blood. The main methods are: reading literature, comparative analysis, inductive retrieval, case study and so on. This article is divided into three parts to discuss. In the first part, the origin, background, significance and value of the research on Longjiang Medical School are clarified through the brief introduction of Longjiang Medical School, which takes the occurrence, development course and characteristic inheritance of Longjiang Medical School as the background. The second part, through the analysis and discussion of the geographical and climatic characteristics of Heilongjiang, the diet of Longjiang people, the living and laboring, and the characteristics of life and character, we can conclude the causes of qi and blood disease, and draw the conclusion that the qi diseases in Longjiang area are more depressed and stagnant. In the third part, based on the experience of Longjiang doctors using qi and blood theory in the treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases, the author summarizes and arranges that Longjiang doctors take syndrome differentiation and treatment as the core, and use the method of regulating qi, regulating blood and homology of qi and blood. The theory of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is used to treat diseases in Heilongjiang area, and to protect the health of the people of Longjiang River.
