浅述吕英从“阳明大降机”理论论治儿童肿瘤的临床经验

【摘要】：近年来,儿童肿瘤的发病率呈现不断攀升的趋势,成为危害儿童生命健康的一大隐形杀手。导师吕英教授从事中医临床近30年,在儿童肿瘤防治工作中具有较高的理论造诣和丰富的临床经验,擅长运用纯中医防治疑难杂症和急危重病。文章以"气一元论"为宗旨,探讨吕英教授运用其师——已故山西名老中医、我国中医急症大家李可老中医提出的"阳明之降乃人身最大降机"之理论基础及其与儿童肿瘤的内在联系,然后以点达面,总结出吕英教授论治儿童肿瘤的经验,最后结合临床实例以浅析该理论在论治儿童肿瘤中的效用,以期为同道提供更加广阔的临床思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of cancer in children has been increasing, and it has become a hidden killer which endangers the life and health of children. Professor Lu Ying, who is a professor of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 30 years, has high theoretical attainments and rich clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of childhood cancer. He is good at using pure Chinese medicine to prevent and cure difficult and serious diseases. With the aim of "Qi monism", this paper discusses Professor Lu Ying's use of his teacher, the late Shanxi famous Chinese medicine, The theoretical basis of "Yangming's health is the greatest health machine" put forward by Li Ke-Lao, a Chinese medicine emergency in China, and its internal relationship with children's tumors, and then summed up Professor Lu Ying's experience in treating children's tumors with a point of view. Finally, combined with clinical examples to analyze the effectiveness of the theory in the treatment of childhood tumors, in order to provide a broader clinical thinking for the same way.
