隔药灸脐疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁（肾气不固型）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察并记录隔药灸脐疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效,比较分析治疗前后患者的尿失禁改善情况,简要探讨其防治压力性尿失禁的机理,为临床治疗本病提供新的思路和有效的方法,以丰富临床治疗。方法:随机分组筛选的60例患者,治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用隔药灸脐疗法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较治疗前后患者的观察指标(主观尿失禁等级评分及1小时尿垫试验)。结果:1.两组临床疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为93.33%;对照组总有效率为86.67%。两者比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。2.两组主观等级评分比较:治疗后两组患者主观等级评分明显降低(P0.01),两组间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。3.两组1小时尿垫试验比较:治疗后两组患者试验数据均明显降低(P0.01),两组间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:隔药灸脐可明显缓解尿失禁情况,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的安全有效简便方法,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and record the clinical effect of moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion on female stress urinary incontinence, compare and analyze the improvement of urinary incontinence before and after treatment, and discuss the mechanism of prevention and treatment of stress urinary incontinence. To provide new ideas and effective methods for clinical treatment of this disease, in order to enrich the clinical treatment. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. The observation indexes (subjective urinary incontinence grade score and 1 hour urine pad test) were compared before and after treatment. The result is 1: 1. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate was 93.33 in the treatment group and 86.67 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two (P0.05). 2. Comparison of subjective scores between the two groups: after treatment, the subjective scores of the two groups decreased significantly (P0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). 3. Comparison of one-hour urine pad test between the two groups: after treatment, the data of the two groups were significantly decreased (P0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: moxibustion with herbs separated can obviously relieve urinary incontinence and is a safe, effective and simple method for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
