养血清脑颗粒治疗中风后抑郁疗效及安全性的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的系统评价养血清脑颗粒治疗中风后抑郁的疗效及安全性,为临床药物治疗提供循证依据。方法利用计算机检索CNKI、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库(VIP)、Pub Med、Cochrane Library等数据库,搜集养血清脑颗粒治疗中风后抑郁的随机对照试验,检索时限为从建库至2016年4月10日。指定2名评价员分别筛选文献并对所纳入研究进行方法学质量评价,然后提取数据并利用RevMan5.3软件完成Meta分析。结果最终10项随机对照试验纳入本Meta分析,包含1035例患者。养血清脑颗粒联合抗抑郁药治疗中风后抑郁≥28 d后,有效率、降低HAMD评分及NIHSS评分的疗效均高于对照组(单独应用抗抑郁药)(P0.05);而不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。养血清脑颗粒单独用药组的有效率、降低HAMD评分的疗效及不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒能够有效改善中风后抑郁症状,且治疗效果与临床上常用的抗抑郁药基本相当,并具有良好的安全性。但还需要设计上更严谨的多中心、大样本、随机对照试验来进一步证实此结论。

Two evaluators were appointed to sift through the literature and evaluate the methodological quality of the included research.
