穴位贴敷联合黄芪建中汤加味治疗胃炎的效果

【摘要】：目的研究穴位贴敷联合黄芪建中汤加味对脾胃虚寒型慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃脘疼痛的改善及预后。方法脾胃虚寒型慢性浅表性胃炎患者122例随机分组,各61例。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,研究组给予穴位贴敷+黄芪建中汤加味,两组均治疗2个疗程。对比临床疗效、胃脘疼痛程度,3个月后随访其胃脘痛复发率。结果研究组治疗有效率91.80%高于对照组73.77%(P0.05);治疗前两组胃脘疼痛评分无差异(P0.05),治疗7、14 d后研究组胃脘疼痛评分均低于对照组(P0.05);3个月后随访,研究组胃脘痛复发率1.63%低于对照组13.11%(χ~2=4.318,P0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合黄芪建中汤加味可明显改善脾胃虚寒型慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃脘疼痛症状及预后。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of acupoint application combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on epigastric pain in patients with chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods 122 cases of chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into 61 cases each. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric capsule and the study group with Astragalus Jianzhong decoction. The clinical effect and the degree of epigastric pain were compared, and the recurrence rate of epigastric pain was followed up for 3 months. Results the effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.80% higher than that in the control group 73.77% (P0.05), the scores of epigastric pain in the two groups were not different before treatment (P0.05), the scores of epigastric pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 7d of treatment (P0.05), and the recurrence rate of epigastric pain in the study group was 1.63% lower than that in the control group (13.11%). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and prognosis of epigastric pain in patients with chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach.
