关刺法治疗跖筋膜炎性跟痛症的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过观察关刺法治疗跖筋膜炎性跟痛症的临床疗效,从而探索出针刺治疗跟痛症有效且值得应用推广的一种针刺疗法。方法:选择60例符合跖筋膜炎性跟痛症纳入标准的患者,并且随机分成治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组应用关刺法来治疗,对照组使用常规针刺方法进行治疗。两组在治疗方面均为6天1个疗程,每日针刺治疗1次,每次留针40分钟,每个疗程中间休息为1天,一共治疗3疗程。通过观察治疗组和对照组治疗前后的VAS量表评分情况,以及《中药新药临床研究指导原则》来记录患者的足跟疼痛数字评分,进而从对照组以及治疗组的患者中比较其临床疗效。结果:1、两组治疗后的VAS评分和同组治疗前进行比较,差异上都具有统计学的意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后的VAS评分与对照组治疗后评分进行比较,差异具有统计学的意义(P0.05),说明了治疗组的VAS评分改善方面好于对照组。2、两组治疗后的足跟疼痛数字评分与同组治疗前进行比较,差异都有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后的足跟疼痛数字评分与治疗后的对照组评分相比,差异都具有统计学意义(P0.01)。3、治疗后治疗组、对照组临床总疗效的比较,治疗组的总有效率可达96.7%,对照组的总有效率为86.7%,比较中能够看出两组在临床总疗效的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),表明了治疗组使用的关刺法在足跟痛治疗方面上的疗效明显优于对照组的常规针刺方法。结论:1、关刺法和常规针刺法在VAS评分以及NRS评分方面均较治疗前有较好改善。2、在VAS评分改进方面,关刺法优于常规针刺法。3、关刺法在NRS评分改善方面优于对照组的常规针刺方法。4、关刺在临床总疗效的改善方面明显优于常规针刺。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore an effective acupuncture therapy for heel pain caused by metatarsal fasciitis by observing the clinical effect of Guan acupuncture on heel pain of metatarsal fasciitis. Methods: sixty patients with plantar fasciitis heel pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Guan acupuncture and the control group with routine acupuncture. The two groups were treated for 6 days and 1 course of treatment, acupuncture was treated once a day for 40 minutes each time, and the rest of each course was 1 day, a total of 3 courses of treatment. The patients' calcaneal pain scores were recorded by observing the scores of VAS scale before and after treatment and the guiding principles of clinical research of new Chinese medicine drugs in the treatment group and control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the control group and the treatment group. Results: 1. The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those of the same group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The VAS score of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), which showed that the improvement of VAS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. 2. The number of heel pain scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with the same group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The number of heel pain scores in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment (P0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group can reach 96.7g, the total effective rate of the control group is 86.7. the comparison can see that the difference between the two groups in the total clinical curative effect is statistically significant (P0.05), which indicates that the treatment of heel pain treated by Guan acupuncture method used in the treatment group is statistically significant (P0.05). The effect was obviously superior to the conventional acupuncture method of the control group. Conclusion: 1. The VAS score and NRS score of Guan acupuncture method and routine acupuncture method were improved better than those before treatment. 2. The improvement of VAS score was also found in Guan acupuncture method and routine acupuncture method. Guan acupuncture method is superior to conventional acupuncture method. 3. Guan acupuncture method is superior to conventional acupuncture method in improving NRS score in control group. 4. Guan acupuncture is superior to routine acupuncture in improving the total clinical curative effect.
