藏木香的生药学研究及质量标准制订

【摘要】:目的:对藏木香进行生药学和质量标准制订研究。方法:对藏木香药材的基原、性状、理化鉴别、水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分和醇溶性浸出物进行检测。采用0.25%硝酸银溶液制备的硅胶G薄层板,以土木香内酯与异土木香内酯为对照,建立藏木香的薄层鉴别方法;采用Welchrom C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(55∶45)为流动相,在210 nm波长下对藏木香中的土木香内酯和异土木香内酯进行定量分析。结果:藏木香的TLC特征斑点清晰,分离度好;土木香内酯的进样量在0.416~4.16μg(r1=0.9999)、异土木香内酯在0.402~4.02μg(r2=0.9998)范围内与各峰面积值呈良好线性关系;异土木香内酯的平均加样回收率为100.49%,RSD为1.79%(n=6),土木香内酯的平均加样回收率为98.85%,RSD为1.21%(n=6)。结论:10批藏木香药材中异土木香内酯和土木香内酯的平均质量分数分别为2.379%、2.067%,水分为9.93%~11.46%,总灰分为3.28%~4.99%,酸不溶性灰分为0.35%~0.67%,醇浸出物为56.42%~71.32%。该研究所建立的方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可有效控制藏木香的质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pharmacognosy and quality standard of Radix Cassiae. Methods: the primordium, characters, physical and chemical identification, moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash and alcohol soluble extract were determined. Using silica gel G thin layer plate prepared by 0.25% silver nitrate solution, the thin layer identification method of Tibetan wood was established by using the method of Welchrom C _ (18) column (250 mm 脳 4.6 mm,5 渭 m),) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (55:45) as mobile phase. The quantitative analysis of soilactone and isopodiactone in Tibetan wood was carried out at the wavelength of 210 nm. Results: the TLC characteristic spots were clear and the degree of separation was good, and the injection amount of coriolide was 0.416 ~ 4.16 渭 g (r ~ (1) ~ (0.9999), and the range of isophora lactone was 0.402 ~ 4.02 渭 g (r ~ (2) ~ (2) ~ (99) ~ (9). The average recovery of isomaractone was 100.49% (RSD = 1.79%), and the average recovery was 98.85% (RSD = 1.21%). Conclusion: the average mass fractions of isomaractone and coriolactone in 10 batches of Chinese herbal medicine were 2.379 and 2.0677.The water was divided into 9.93 and 11.46 and the total ash was 3.280.99. the acid insoluble ash was 0.350.67, and the alcohol extract was 56.42C71.32. The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Xanthoxylum amurensis.
