马晓燕教授基于络病理论运用虫类药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿经验总结

【摘要】：慢性肾小球肾炎是指以蛋白尿、血尿、水肿、高血压为基本临床表现,起病方式各有不同,病情迁延,病势进展缓慢,并且可有不同程度的肾功能减退,最终将发展成为慢性肾功能衰竭的一组肾小球疾病。其中,蛋白尿作为其最主要的临床表现,是临床治疗的难点与重点。一方面,蛋白尿的长期存在表明患者有肾脏的持续性损害,另一方面,作为一种继发性的因素,蛋白尿又可以加重肾脏的损害。因此,要延缓和阻止慢性肾功能衰竭的发生和发展,减少蛋白尿的治疗就显得尤为重要。中医在此病的治疗上具有相当大的优势,吾师马晓燕教授根据多年的临床经验,依据中医学的络病理论,认为肾络亏虚与肾络阻滞为其基本病机,在治疗上采用补肾通络之法,重视虫类药物在治疗络病方面的优势,对于治疗蛋白尿取得了很满意的效果。
[Abstract]:Chronic glomerulonephritis refers to albuminuria, hematuria, edema and hypertension as the basic clinical manifestations. A group of glomerular diseases that eventually develop into chronic renal failure. Proteinuria, as the most important clinical manifestation, is the difficulty and focus of clinical treatment. On the one hand, the long-term presence of proteinuria indicates that patients have sustained renal damage, on the other hand, as a secondary factor, proteinuria can aggravate renal damage. Therefore, in order to delay and prevent the occurrence and development of chronic renal failure, the treatment of reducing proteinuria is particularly important. Chinese medicine has a considerable advantage in the treatment of this disease. Professor Ma Xiaoyan, my teacher, based on years of clinical experience and the theory of collateral disease in traditional Chinese medicine, thinks that deficiency of kidney and deficiency of kidney collateral block are the basic pathogenesis of the disease, and that the method of tonifying the kidney and dredging collaterals is adopted in the treatment. Pay attention to the advantages of insect drugs in the treatment of collateral disease, for the treatment of proteinuria has achieved a very satisfactory effect.
