三伏灸不同灸量对支气管哮喘新西兰兔细支气管形态的影响
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of different moxibustion amount on chest temperature and bronchioles of (BA) New Zealand rabbits with asthma. Methods: thirty New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: model (A) group, blank (B) group, control (C) group, experimental (D) group and dexamethasone (E) group. After the model of BA airway remodeling model was made, Ginger-separated moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine application were used to intervene in "three volts", and the chest temperature was monitored by infrared thermograph. After the course of treatment, the right lung of New Zealand rabbits was taken and the changes of bronchioles in different groups were observed by HE staining. Results: after intervention, the thickness of bronchiole wall and smooth muscle in the other four groups was thicker than that in group B (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the thickness of intrabronchial wall and smooth muscle between); A group and C group. The thickness of bronchiole wall and smooth muscle in group A was thicker than that in group D (P0.05). The surface temperature of thoracic cavity in). D group was significantly higher than that before moxibustion (P0.05). There was no significant difference between); C group and pre-moxibustion group. The temperature of group D was significantly larger than that of group C (P0.05), and the surface temperature of thoracic cavity increased with the increase of the number of ginger separated moxibustion, the correlation coefficient of Spearman was 0.168 Pao 0.001, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Ginger-separated moxibustion can improve the airway remodeling symptoms of BA New Zealand rabbits and relieve the symptoms of BA effectively by making benign changes in bronchiole morphology of BA New Zealand rabbits. There was a positive correlation between the surface temperature of thoracic cavity and the quantity of ginger separated moxibustion, which indicated that the increase of chest temperature might be related to the curative effect, and the increase of temperature might be one of the related indexes to achieve the "Qi to disease" in ginger separated moxibustion.
