王雪峰从肝脾论治发作性睡病

【摘要】：王雪峰教授根据小儿脏腑"脾常不足,肝常有余"的辨证特点,容易出现肝郁脾虚、土虚木亢的病理改变,并在治疗过程中根据脾虚与肝郁的不同,治疗时注重抑木扶土与扶土抑木不同侧重点,随症加减。王雪峰教授从肝脾论治此病,以"脾失健运、肝脾不和"的为主要病理机制,其病变部位主要在肝脾,肝郁脾虚、土虚木亢为基本病因病机,强调健脾化湿,疏肝理气,调畅气机的关键,并灵活辨证,辅以化湿消滞,治疗过程中亦结合现代的生活特点提出调护建议并且积极地进行心理疏导,标本兼治,为本病的中医辨证论治提供新的思路。同时由于本病具有病情缠绵,病程长的特点,注重对患儿日常生活进行调护。

In the course of treatment, suggestions are put forward to regulate nursing and actively carry out psychological dredging and treating both symptoms and symptoms, so as to provide a new way of thinking for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease. At the same time, due to the disease with lingering disease, long course of disease, pay attention to the daily life of children.
