寿胎丸合四物汤加减治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者对细胞免疫因子的影响

【摘要】：目的:研究寿胎丸合四物汤加减治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者对细胞免疫因子的影响。方法:选取于2014年2月—2015年8月该院收治的60例肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者为研究对象,按随机数字表均分到观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组采用黄体酮胶囊加寿胎丸合四物汤治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效和妊娠情况,测定两组患者相关指标水平,并比较两组患者的中医证候评分。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%;对照组总有效率70.00%,两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。观察组妊娠成功35例,再次流产4例;对照组妊娠成功18例,再次流产12例,观察组妊娠情况明显好于对照组(P0.05)。经治疗,两组患者D-二聚体、TNF-α水平均有下降,而IL-10水平则上升;观察组治疗后D-二聚体、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状评分均有下降,观察组治疗后中医证候评分明显小于对照组(P0.05)。结论:寿胎丸合四物汤加减可显著改善肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者细胞免疫因子水平,增加妊娠成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Shou-Tye Pill combined with Siwu decoction on cytokines in the treatment of recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: 60 patients with recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected from Feb 2014 to Aug 2015. The patients in the control group were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with progesterone capsule. The observation group was treated with progesterone capsule combined with Shou-Tye Pill and Siwu decoction. The clinical curative effect and pregnancy status of the two groups were observed and the related indexes of the two groups were measured and the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67 and that of the control group was 70.00.The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). There were 35 cases of pregnancy success and 4 cases of reabortion in the observation group and 18 cases in the control group and 12 cases in the reabortion group. The pregnancy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the levels of D- dimer, TNF- 伪 and IL-10 were all decreased in both groups, and the levels of D- dimer and TNF- 伪 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the IL-10 level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Shoutai Pill combined with Siwu decoction can significantly improve the level of cytokines and increase the success rate of pregnancy in patients with recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
