针刺结合热敏灸治疗气血两虚型慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察针刺结合热敏灸治疗气血两虚型慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效,探寻一种新的临床思路与疗法来治疗慢性荨麻疹。方法:选取60例符合纳入标准的气血两虚型慢性荨麻疹患者,采用随机分组的方法,将60例患者分为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用常规针刺结合热敏灸治疗,对照组予常规针刺治疗。研究周期为4周,从临床各项症状体征分级评分、生活质量评分、综合疗效评分、复发率等方面进行比较,观察两组患者临床疗效的差异。结果:1.两组患者治疗后各项临床症状体征评分及总评分对比,P0.05,具有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。2.两组患者治疗后生活质量评分(DLQI)对比,P0.05,具有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。3.临床综合疗效评价:治疗组总有效率为90.00%;对照组总有效率为70.00%;两组疗效对比P0.05,具有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。4.两组患者复发率对比,治疗组复发率为6.67%;对照组复发率为16.67%;P0.05,具有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:1.针刺结合热敏灸能明显改善慢性荨麻疹患者的临床症状体征分级评分、生活质量评分、降低复发率。2.针刺结合热敏灸治疗慢性荨麻疹具有治愈率高、疗效显著、复发率低等优点,为慢性荨麻疹提供了一个有效的治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in treating chronic urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood, and to explore a new clinical thinking and therapy for the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods: 60 cases of chronic urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood were selected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. The study period was 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs were graded, quality of life score, comprehensive curative effect score, recurrence rate and so on were compared, and the difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was observed. The result is 1: 1. Two groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs score and total score comparison, P0.05, there is a significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group. 2. The quality of life score (DLQI) of the two groups was significantly different after treatment (P 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (3. 05%). Comprehensive clinical efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00g; the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00kum; the curative effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (4.4%). The recurrence rate was 6.67 in the treatment group and 16.67 in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can obviously improve the clinical symptom and sign grading, quality of life score and reduce the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria patients. Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion for chronic urticaria has the advantages of high cure rate, remarkable curative effect and low recurrence rate, which provides an effective treatment method for chronic urticaria.
