从脾胃论治耳鸣探析

【摘要】：《黄帝内经》(简称《内经》)是中医学的理论基础和发展源泉,其中对耳鸣的论述达17处,清楚地解释了耳鸣的机理。《内经》认为脾胃失调是导致耳鸣的最根本原因,而饮食不节、起居无常、情志失畅是引起脾胃失调的3个重要因素,因此通过调整饮食、睡眠、情志来调理脾胃是治疗耳鸣的关键。
[Abstract]:Huangdi's Internal Classic (abbreviated as "Internal Classic") is the theoretical basis and source of development of traditional Chinese medicine. Among them, there are 17 expositions on tinnitus, which clearly explain the mechanism of tinnitus. It is believed that the maladjustment of spleen and stomach is the most fundamental cause of tinnitus. However, the disordered diet, impermanence of daily life and loss of emotion are the three important factors causing the disorder of spleen and stomach, so regulating the spleen and stomach by adjusting diet, sleep and mood is the key to the treatment of tinnitus.
