贾英杰运用“截断疗法”治疗前列腺癌

【摘要】：前列腺癌是男性老年泌尿生殖系统中常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来我国前列腺癌发病率及死亡率也在不断升高。内分泌治疗是目前晚期前列腺癌的主要治疗方法,几乎所有患者病变都将逐渐发展为去势抵抗性前列腺癌。前列腺癌属于祖国医学"肾岩""癃闭""ve积""淋证""腰痛""尿血"等病的范畴。贾英杰教授将前列腺癌基本病机归纳为"正气内虚,毒瘀并存";贾师认为"虚、毒、瘀、湿"是该病病机的核心,以扶正,解毒,祛瘀,利湿为基本治疗大法。贾英杰教授运用"截断疗法"治疗前列腺癌,并取得了较好的治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the male genitourinary system. In recent years, the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer have been increasing in China. Endocrine therapy is the main treatment for advanced prostate cancer. Almost all patients will develop into castrated resistant prostate cancer. Prostate cancer belongs to the category of kidney stone, dysphagia, ve accumulation, low back pain, urine blood and so on. Professor Jia Yingjie summed up the basic pathogenesis of prostate cancer as "deficiency of qi and coexistence of toxin and blood stasis"; Jia Shi believed that "deficiency, toxin, blood stasis and dampness" were the core of the pathogenesis of the disease, and the basic treatment method was to correct, detoxify, dispel blood stasis and promote dampness. Professor Jia Yingjie used amputation therapy to treat prostate cancer.
