强心通脉方治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察强心通脉方联合常规西药治疗心衰的临床效果。方法:选取符合本研究标准的心衰患者共60例,将这些病例随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组(30例)给予西医常规治疗心衰的药物,实验组(30例)在此基础上加服强心通脉方,每日一剂,治疗周期为14天,观察两组实验前后中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、NYHA心功能分级、血浆BNP水平及心脏彩色多普勒指标(LVEDD、LVEF、E/A)变化,并经相应统计方法对结果进一步分析判定。结果:实验组可明显改善患者中医证候、NYHA心功能分级,降低血浆BNP水平,改善患者LVEDD、LVEF、E/A等心脏彩色多普勒指标,并且其疗效与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:在西药常规治疗基础上加用强心通脉方可明显改善充血性心力衰竭患者临床症状、体征,提高患者的心功能,并且疗效较单纯西药常规治疗更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qiangxin Tongmai recipe combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of heart failure. Methods: a total of 60 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group (30 cases) was treated with traditional western medicine for heart failure. The experimental group (30 cases) was treated with Qiangxintongmai recipe once a day for 14 days. The TCM syndromes integral, TCM syndromes curative effect and NYHA cardiac function grading were observed before and after the experiment. The changes of plasma BNP level and cardiac color Doppler index (LVEDD,LVEF,E/A) were determined by statistical method. Results: the experimental group could obviously improve the TCM syndromes, NYHA cardiac function grading, decrease the plasma BNP level, improve the cardiac color Doppler indexes such as LVEDD,LVEF,E/A, and the curative effect was significantly different from that of the control group. Conclusion: the clinical symptoms, signs and cardiac function of patients with congestive heart failure were obviously improved by adding Qiangxintongmai decoction on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine, and the curative effect was better than that of routine treatment of western medicine alone.
