鼓胀的分期辨治

【摘要】：鼓胀属难治病,病机虚实错杂,脏腑功能失调,伴随气滞、血瘀、水湿内停,邪盛正衰,病情危笃,预后较差。治疗此病强调动态把握病情病势,对鼓胀病程进行分期,攻补兼施,多法合用,发病急性期水热互结或寒湿内阻,治以中满分消法;病久水结瘀阻,用鳖甲煎丸化裁;后期脾虚水停,以茯苓导水汤加减。
