冠心病血瘀证表观遗传学研究进展

【摘要】:从表观遗传学研究探讨冠心病血瘀证的证候实质,主要包括DNA甲基化修饰和非编码RNA调控两个方面。DNA甲基化的调控方式具有整体、可逆、间接的特点,而非编码RNA的调节方式具有广泛、多样、复杂的特点。总体而言,表观遗传学调控的时间特异性和组织特异性明显,调节方式相对间接,充分体现基因遗传与环境的相互作用,其中渗透着中医天人相应、整体观的思想,为研究中医证候实质与中药作用机制提供了合作平台。
[Abstract]:The syndromes of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease (CHD) were studied from epigenetics, including DNA methylation modification and non-coding RNA regulation. The regulation of DNA methylation has the characteristics of whole, reversible and indirect. The non-coding RNA has the characteristics of wide range, diversity and complexity. In general, the temporal specificity and tissue specificity of epigenetic regulation are obvious, and the way of regulation is relatively indirect, which fully reflects the interaction between genetic inheritance and environment. It provides a cooperative platform for studying the essence of TCM syndromes and the mechanism of TCM action.
