六君子汤合桃红四物汤加味治疗高尿酸血症临床研究

【摘要】：目的探讨中医六君子汤合桃红四物汤加味治疗高尿酸血症(HUA)的临床效果。方法将60例HUA患者随机分为2组各30例,所有患者给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用六君子汤合桃红四物汤加味治疗。12周后观察2组血尿酸(UA)、血压、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、体质量指数的变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗后对照组血清UA水平较治疗前无明显变化(P0.05),而观察组UA水平较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),且明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低(P均0.05),且明显低于对照组(P均0.05);观察组TG水平显著下降(P0.05),且显著低于对照组(P0.05);观察组Hb A1c与FPG均明显改善(P均0.05),且明显优于对照组(P均0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论六君子汤合桃红四物汤加味对于HUA效果确切,且能同时改善患者血压、血糖、血脂以及体质量指数,并可避免应用西药带来的不良反应,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Liujunzi decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction on hyperuricemia (HUA). Methods 60 patients with HUA were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients in each group. All patients were treated with routine therapy. The observation group was treated with Liujunzi decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of routine treatment. 12 weeks later, the blood pressure of serum uric acid (UA), was observed in both groups. The changes of (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A 1c) and body mass index (BMI) in triacylglycerol (TG), fasting blood glucose were evaluated. Results after treatment, the serum UA level in the control group had no significant change (P0.05), while the UA level in the observation group was significantly lower than that before the treatment (P0.05), and was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the levels of TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The Hb A1c and FPG of the observation group were improved significantly (P 0.05), and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Liujunzi decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction can improve blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids and body mass index in patients with HUA.
