舒血宁注射液临床用药研究对肝功能影响分析

【摘要】：目的:分析舒血宁注射液临床不同用药剂量对肝功能影响。方法:选取2015年6月—2016年6月本院收治的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为各30例,对照组给予说明书推荐剂量,20 m L/次,1次/d,实验组给予超说明书用药剂量,21~50 m L/次,1次/d,观察两组患者治疗前后ALT、AST等指标变化。结果:治疗前,两组ALT、AST对比,差异不显著,治疗后,实验组的ALT、AST均高于治疗前与对照组,但经比较,差异不显著。经单因素分析显示,舒血宁注射液临床用药与年龄、性别与病情严重程度有关;经多因素分析证实,高龄、男性及危急证为独立危险因素。结论:临床上舒血宁注射液超过说明书推荐剂量可能影响着患者肝功能,实践中应根据说明书及患者具体病情,设计个性化与针对性的用药方案,以此保证用药有效性与安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of different dosage of Shuxuening injection on liver function. Methods: 60 patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into three groups. The control group was given the recommended dosage of the instruction, 20 mL / time, once a day, and the experimental group was given the dosage of the overdose. The changes of ALT,AST were observed before and after treatment. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in ALT,AST between the two groups. After treatment, the ALT,AST of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant. Univariate analysis showed that the clinical use of Shuxuening injection was related to age, sex and severity of the disease, and the elderly, male and critical syndrome were independent risk factors by multivariate analysis. Conclusion: clinical application of Shuxuening injection in excess of the recommended dose may affect the liver function of the patients. In practice, individualized and targeted drug use schemes should be designed according to the instructions and the specific condition of the patients. In order to ensure the efficacy and safety of medication.
