痤疮膏治疗湿热型轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效及对皮脂分泌率的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察痤疮膏对湿热型轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效及对患者面部皮脂分泌率(SER)的影响。方法:本试验采取随机对照方式对61例病例予以分组,治疗组32例,对照组29例。治疗组予痤疮膏外用,对照组予阿达帕林凝胶外用,两组同时另予石膏倒模治疗。在治疗前填写患者基本情况,治疗过程中每周复诊1次。4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后,观察记录两组患者的皮脂分泌率的变化、各项皮损积分变化及可能出现的不良反应。疗程结束后随访4周并统计复发率。结果:1.疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为69.00%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。2.疗程结束后,治疗组皮损程度评分平均0.75±0.98分;皮损数量评分平均0.69±0.96分;皮损颜色评分平均0.69±0.97分;皮损肿痛评分平均0.13±0.49分。对照组皮损程度评分平均1.38±1.32分;皮损数量评分平均1.31±1.22分;皮损颜色评分平均1.38±1.21分;皮损肿痛评分平均0.13±0.49分。治疗后,两组之间各项皮损积分相比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。3.疗程结束后,治疗组皮脂分泌率平均1.28±0.20μg/cm2·min;对照组皮脂分泌率平均1.56±0.21μg/cm2·min。两组患者皮脂分泌率较治疗前均有显著下降,差异有统计学意义(p0.05);且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。4.疗程结束后随访4周,两组痊愈患者中共复发3例,其中治疗组2例,复发率为28.57%;对照组1例,复发率为50.00%。两组之间无显著差异,故无统计学意义(p0.05)。结论:痤疮膏对湿热型轻中度寻常痤疮患者的面部皮脂分泌率有显著降低作用,在改善患者面部皮损严重程度方面临床疗效显著,并且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acne ointment on mild-moderate acne vulgaris and the effect of acne ointment on facial sebum secretion rate (SER). Methods: 61 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 29). The treatment group was treated with acne ointment, the control group was treated with adaphalin gel, and the two groups were treated with plaster reverse model. The basic condition of the patients was filled in before treatment. During the course of treatment, the patients were treated once a week, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. After the course of treatment, the changes of sebum secretion rate, the changes of each lesion score and the possible adverse reactions were observed and recorded. The patients were followed up for 4 weeks after the course of treatment and the recurrence rate was calculated. Results: 1. After the course of treatment, the total effective rate was 87.50 in the treatment group and 69.00 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p0.05). At the end of the course of treatment, the average score was 0.75 卤0.98 in the treatment group, 0.69 卤0.96 in the number of lesions, 0.69 卤0.97 in the color and 0.13 卤0.49 in the lesion. In the control group, the average score was 1.38 卤1.32, the number of lesions was 1.31 卤1.22, the average color score was 1.38 卤1.21, and the average score was 0.13 卤0.49. After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p0.05). After the course of treatment, the average sebum secretion rate in the treatment group was 1. 28 卤0. 20 渭 g/cm2 min;. The sebum secretion rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p0.05), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p0.05). At the end of 4 weeks follow-up, 3 cases were cured in both groups, including 2 cases in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of 28.57 and 1 case in the control group with a recurrence rate of 50.00g. There was no significant difference between the two groups (p 0.05). Conclusion: acne ointment can significantly reduce the secretion rate of facial sebum in patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris of damp-heat type, and has a significant clinical effect in improving the severity of facial skin lesions, and has a high safety.
