失眠综述及临证举例

【摘要】：首先论述失眠的定义、流行病学、中西医对失眠的认识,其次是对失眠的总结与展望,最后列举贾主任临证加减香砂六君子汤治疗失眠肝脾不调型的验案,体现了贾老师通过调和肝脾、调畅气机治疗肝脾不调型失眠的临床思路。失眠肝脾不调证在贾跃进主任门诊就诊病人中比例较大,是临床上最常见的证型之一,但在《中医内科学》教材中并没有肝脾不调证这一证型,贾跃进主任在中医辨证论治的基础上,运用加减香砂六君子汤治疗失眠肝脾不调证,为中医治疗失眠肝脾不调证提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The definition, epidemiology, knowledge of insomnia in traditional Chinese and western medicine, summary and prospect of insomnia are discussed first. Finally, the cases of treating insomnia with liver and spleen disorder of Jia Director's temporary Syndrome plus or minus Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction are listed. It reflects teacher Jia's clinical thinking of treating insomnia with liver and spleen disorder by regulating liver and spleen and regulating qi. Insomnia, liver and spleen disorder syndrome is one of the most common syndromes in clinic, but there is no liver and spleen disorder syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine teaching material, which is one of the most common syndromes in the outpatient clinic of Director Jia Yuejin, but there is no syndrome type of liver and spleen disorder in the textbook of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Director Jia Yuejin, on the basis of syndrome differentiation of TCM, used add and subtract Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction to treat insomnia with liver and spleen disorder, and provided a new way of thinking for TCM treatment of insomnia liver and spleen disorder.
