基于数据挖掘的舒鹏教授治疗大肠癌临床经验总结

【摘要】：研究目的：利用数据挖掘技术,对舒鹏教授治疗大肠癌所用药物进行分析,归纳舒鹏教授治疗大肠癌的用药规律,初步总结其临床经验,以期为同道提供有关大肠癌治疗的参考。研究方法：收集200例舒鹏教授门诊治疗大肠癌的病历,进行信息提取整理,将数据输入Microsoft Excel,建立数据库。利用Microsoft Excel,对单味药物、药物的分类、药物的四气、药物的五味、药物的归经进行描述性统计。以SPSS Modeler 14.1作为数据挖掘平台,利用数据挖掘技术中的关联规则分析,分析药物之间的关联情况。结果：200例病历共涉及药物155味,共使用药物频次3550,使用频率≥20%的药物24种,前十位的药物分别为：甘草、白术、茯苓、陈皮、半夏、黄芪、山药、黄连、乌梅、白芍。所使用药物按药物功效可分为18类,使用频率前五位依次为补虚药、清热药、理气药、利水渗湿药、化痰止咳平喘药；药物四气使用频率前三位依次为温、平、寒；药物五味使用频率前三位依次为甘、苦、辛；药物归经频率前五位分别为脾经、肺经、胃经、肝经、心经。药物的关联规则分析中置信度前三位的药物组为：陈皮→÷半夏、半夏→陈皮、白术→÷白芍,支持度前三位的药物组为：茯苓→白术、陈皮→白术、半夏→÷白术。结论：通过对舒鹏教授治疗大肠癌的用药进行数据挖掘,得出舒鹏教授治疗大肠癌以补虚扶正,健脾助运为基本治法,以“养正以除积”为治疗理念。
