中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮技术操作规范标准制研究

【摘要】：目的:基于循证医学原则和方法,通过全面系统地评价中药面膜治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的临床相关文献,纳入高证据等级文献,结合专家意见和建议,制定中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮的技术操作规范,为临床提供规范化指导。方法:在充分文献检索的基础上,运用循证医学方法进行文献证据的系统评价和临床证据的提取与分析,制定出临床实用性较强的中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮的技术操作规范草案。并通过德尔菲法广泛征求相关领域的专家意见,通过协作单位进行一致性测试,形成中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮的技术操作规范的一致性检验稿,然后进一步修改论证,并在网上公开征求意见,最后送审并发布。结果:形成中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮的技术操作规范。结论:通过对十家合作单位的一致性检验数据分析,中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮的技术操作规范临床实用性强、可操作性一致率高,且安全性好。进行中药面膜敷贴法干预囊肿结节型痤疮技术操作规范标准制研究,有利于规范中医医疗行为,提高中医药的科研水平,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine, the clinical literature related to the treatment of cystic nodular acne with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask was systematically evaluated, and the literature of high level of evidence was included, combined with expert opinions and suggestions. To establish the technical operation standard of Chinese medicine facial mask application in treating cyst and nodular acne, and to provide standardized guidance for clinical practice. Methods: on the basis of sufficient literature retrieval, the method of evidence-based medicine was used to systematically evaluate the literature evidence and to extract and analyze the clinical evidence. The technical standard of Chinese medicine facial mask application for the treatment of cystic nodular acne was developed. In addition, through Delphi method, experts in relevant fields were widely consulted, and consistency tests were conducted by cooperating units to form a consistency test draft of the technical specifications for the application of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask application in the intervention of cystic nodular acne. Then further revision of the argument, and online public consultation, and finally submitted for review and release. Results: the technical standard of traditional Chinese medicine mask application in the treatment of cystic nodular acne. Conclusion: by analyzing the consistency test data of ten cooperative units, the technical standard of Chinese herbal mask application in the treatment of cystic nodular acne is very practical, the rate of operational consistency is high, and the safety is good. In order to standardize the medical behavior of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and improve the scientific research level of TCM, it is worth popularizing.
