曲池穴行烧山火、透天凉手法的红外热像图观察

【摘要】:目的:通过针刺曲池穴,利用红外热成像技术观察烧山火、透天凉手法产生的针刺效应,初步探析针刺手法与针刺效应的关系及一定量化的针刺手法对健康人穴位皮肤表面温度的影响。方法:60名健康志愿者,年龄18~27岁。根据学号末位的奇偶性随机分配针刺手法,分为烧山火组30名和透天凉组30名。采集图像时志愿者仰卧于距红外设备2m的治疗床上,暴露双侧上肢部位的皮肤,自然屈肘,采集针刺前、行手法后即刻、留针5min、10min、15min时的红外热图像,分析针刺穴及观察点的皮温及热像图。结果:1.行烧山火手法及透天凉手法后曲池穴行手法后即刻、留针5min、10min、15min与针前比较有统计学差异(P㩳0.05)。观察点合谷穴留针5min、10min、15min与针前比较有统计学差异(P㩳0.05)。观察点手三里穴及臂佈穴留针5min与针前比较有统计学差异(P㩳0.05)。其中行透天凉手法后曲池穴留针5min、10min、15min与针刺前比较有显著统计学差异(P㩳0.01)。2.行烧山火手法后皮温普遍较高于透天凉手法。与烧山火手法相比,曲池穴行透天凉手法时留针5min、10min、15min有统计学差异(P㩳0.05)。结论:1.针刺曲池穴行烧山火、透天凉手法后,合谷穴、曲池穴是热或凉效应最佳反映点,为临床选穴提供一定的依据。2.针刺曲池穴时,烧山火、透天凉手法产生的热或凉效应大致沿着上肢手阳明大肠经的循行路线进行传导。说明针刺效应具有循经传导性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the acupuncture effect of burning mountain fire and diaphanous cooling by using infrared thermal imaging technique by acupuncture on Quchi point. The relationship between acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture effect and the effect of acupuncture manipulation on the skin surface temperature of healthy people were analyzed. Methods: 60 healthy volunteers aged 1827 years. According to the odd and even acupuncture manipulation at the end of school number, 30 cases were divided into burning mountain fire group (30 cases) and diaphora group (30 cases). When the images were collected, the volunteers lay on their backs on a therapeutic bed 2m from the infrared equipment, exposed the skin of the upper limbs on both sides, and naturally bent their elbows. The infrared thermal images were collected immediately before the acupuncture, immediately after the manipulation, and at the time of keeping the needle for 5 minutes or 10 minutes or 15 minutes. The skin temperature and thermogram of acupuncture point and observation point were analyzed. Results: 1. There was statistical difference between burning mountain fire and penetrating Tianliang after operation of acupoint Quchi, keeping needle for 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes compared with before needle (P0. 05). There was statistical difference between the observation point Hegu point and the pre-acupuncture point (P0. 05). There was significant difference in 5min between observation point and arm cloth acupoint (P0. 05). Among them, there was a significant difference between before acupuncture and 5 min, 10 min and 15 min after trapping through Tianliang manipulation (P0. 01). 2. The skin temperature after burning mountain fire was generally higher than that of cool through sky. Compared with burning mountain fire, there was a statistical difference in retention of needle for 5 min and 10 min to 15 min (P0. 05) when the Kuchi acupoint was treated with diaphanous technique (P0. 05). Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture on Qunchi point is the best reflection point of heat or cooling effect after burning mountain fire through days and cool technique, which provides certain basis for clinical acupoint selection. 2. The heat or cooling effect caused by burning mountain fire and passing through the sky is conducted along the meridian route of Yangming large intestine of upper limb and hand. It shows that the acupuncture effect is conductive along the meridian.
