过敏性鼻炎相关脏腑经脉及其虚实调查研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨与过敏性鼻炎相关的脏腑经脉及其虚实情况,以便更好地指导针灸对此病的治疗。方法:将来将来自我院符合纳入标准的50例患者,应用寸口脉诊判断其十二经脉及脏腑的虚实,再采用经脉诊察法中的“循法、按法”检查六阳经在颈项部的“上入穴”,当某“上入穴”出现压痛≥++时为阳性反应点,把脉诊结果结合阳性反应点所在的经脉判断出与过敏性鼻炎相关的经脉脏腑以及其虚实情况,并计算出与此病相关的脏腑经脉的百分率,并附上2例典型病案。结果:在50例急性过敏性鼻炎患者中:胆(经)虚35例,占70%;实15例,占30%。肝(经)实5例,占10%。膀胱(经)虚38例,占72%。肾(经)虚34例,占68%。大肠(经)虚29例,占58%;实2例,占4%。肺(经)虚31例,占62%。胃(经)虚24例,占48%。脾(经)虚17例,占34%。三焦(经)虚32例,占64%。结论:过敏性鼻炎影响到的经脉不仅局限于与过鼻部的胃、大肠经有关,还与足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、手少阳三焦经等经脉相关;影响到的脏腑不限于传统认识上的肺、脾、肾三脏,而且还与肝脏等脏腑相关;过敏性鼻炎患者中以脏腑经脉虚损情况偏多,其中虚损的经脉脏腑主要与足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、手少阳三焦经、足少阴肾经以及手太阴肺经,与肝经有关的以实证为主。过敏性鼻炎可影响到全身多个脏腑经脉;每个患者受累及的脏腑经脉都不一定相同。
