牛阳时方辨治胃痛

【摘要】：牛阳教授认为胃痛发生多因外感邪气、内伤饮食情志,脏腑功能失调等导致。发生趋于年轻化,以实证居多,原因在于饮食不节(洁)、生活工作压力大。"不通则痛""不荣则痛"是基本病机。脾主升,胃主降,脾胃升降之枢全赖肝之疏泄,故治疗应充分掌握"同病异治"原则,调理气机,理气和胃止痛。主要治疗方法为清热、疏肝、利湿。附验案4则。
