润肺方联合新泪然眼液治疗肺阴不足型干眼的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过对比中药汤剂滋阴润肺方口服联合新泪然滴眼液点眼和新泪然滴眼液点眼两种方法的疗效,评价两种给药方式改善干眼患者主观感受、眼表症状程度的差异,验证中医药能否让干眼患者从中受益,提供重要支持。材料与方法:把60例干眼患者分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组患者30例60只眼,予以中药汤剂滋阴润肺方口服联合新泪然滴眼液点眼;对照组患者30例60只眼,只用新泪然滴眼液点眼。4周后,观察并比较两组主观症状积分(干涩感、眼部疼痛、异物感、视疲劳、眼红)、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色评分改善情况。结果:1.治疗组、对照组治疗后泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间较治疗前明显增加(P0.01)。2.治疗组、对照组治疗后主观症状积分(干涩感、眼部疼痛、异物感、视疲劳、眼红)、角膜荧光素染色评分较治疗前降低(P0.01)。3.治疗组、对照组眼部疼痛、眼红的改善程度均无明显差异(P0.05)。治疗组其余各项指标的改善程度以及临床疗效均明显优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:中药汤剂滋阴润肺方口服联合新泪然滴眼液点眼可明显改善干眼患者主观症状感受、眼表体征,且疗效明显优于单用新泪然滴眼液。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Ziyin Runfei decoction combined with Xinlangran Eye Drops and New tears Ranyan Eye Drops, and to evaluate the difference of the subjective feeling and the degree of ocular surface symptoms between the two methods. Verify whether traditional Chinese medicine can benefit dry eye patients and provide important support. Materials and methods: 60 cases of dry eye patients were divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 60). 60 eyes of 30 patients in the control group were treated with new tear drops. 4 weeks later, the scores of subjective symptoms (dry feeling, ocular pain, foreign body sensation, visual fatigue, eye red), tear discharge and tear film rupture time were observed and compared between the two groups. Corneal fluorescein staining score improved. Results: 1. In the treatment group, the tear secretion and tear film rupture time were significantly increased after treatment in the control group (P0.01). In the treatment group, the scores of subjective symptoms (dry feeling, eye pain, foreign body sensation, visual fatigue, eye red) and corneal fluorescein staining score were lower than those before treatment (P0.01). There was no significant difference in the improvement of eye pain and eye redness in the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). The improvement degree and clinical efficacy of other indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05 P 0.01). Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine decoction Ziyin Runfei prescription combined with Xinlangran eye drops can obviously improve the subjective symptoms and signs of dry eye patients, and the curative effect is obviously better than that of new tear ran eye drops alone.
