基于数据挖掘的壮医药线治疗痛风性关节炎疗效评估要素分析

【摘要】：目的:通过对壮医药线点灸治疗的痛风性关节炎患者病历资料的分析,探讨该疗法对痛风一病的治疗后疗效情况,并找到与疗效相关性较高的指标,为建立壮医药线点灸治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效评价方法提供参考依据。方法:选取202份壮医药线点灸治疗痛风性关节炎的患者门诊病历,挑选患者治疗后的实验室检查指标、治疗后症状评分、舌脉象以及治疗后疗效评价得分进行BP神经网络建模、聚类分析和pearson相关性分析研究,并分析结果。结果:经过三种数据分析方法分析后得到三组与治疗后疗效评价相关的指标排列,在组间寻找交集后得出对药线点灸治疗痛风性关节炎治疗后疗效评价具有参考价格的指标,影响力由大到小依次为:关节疼痛指数评分、关节红肿程度评分、关节活动度指数评分、血尿酸、血沉、血红蛋白、尿红细胞、尿隐血、肌酐以及从体征上看舌暗红、舌红、脉滑、苔薄、脉沉、舌淡。结论:以上指标在壮医药线点灸治疗痛风性关节炎疗效评估体系的构建中,具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the medical records of the patients with gouty arthritis treated with Zhuang medical thread moxibustion, and to explore the curative effect of the treatment on gout 1 disease, and to find the index with high correlation with the curative effect. To provide reference for the evaluation of curative effect of line moxibustion on gouty arthritis. Methods: a total of 202 outpatient medical records of patients with gouty arthritis treated with suture moxibustion of Zhuang medicine were selected, and the laboratory examination indexes, symptom score, tongue pulse and evaluation scores of curative effect after treatment were selected to model the model of BP neural network. Cluster analysis and pearson correlation analysis, and analysis results. Results: after the analysis of three data analysis methods, the indexes related to the curative effect evaluation of the three groups were obtained. After searching for the intersection among the groups, the index of the curative effect evaluation after the treatment of gouty arthritis treated with moxibustion was obtained, and the index of reference price was obtained. The order of influence is: joint pain index, joint redness, joint activity index, blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hemoglobin, urine red blood cell, urine occult blood, creatinine and, from sign, tongue dark red, tongue red. Smooth veins, thin fur, heavy veins, light tongue. Conclusion: the above indexes have important reference value in the establishment of evaluation system of curative effect of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion on gouty arthritis.
