【摘要】：正患者,男,24岁,于2016年11月15日就诊。主诉:双下肢无力半年余。病史:1年前出现情绪低落,独处时加重,易哭,有轻生情绪,未经任何治疗。2016年3月因抑郁吸入笑气(N_2O),5月出现四肢无力并逐渐加重,走路不稳,站立不能,双手不能持物,于美国住院治疗,诊断为"亚急性脱髓鞘病变",行药物静滴与康复治疗(具体不详),效可。后转入国内各级医院治疗,诊为"脊髓亚急性联合变性",给予硫酸锌、依
