针刺结合音乐疗法对焦虑模型大鼠行为学及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨针刺结合音乐疗法对焦虑模型大鼠行为学及T淋巴细胞亚群数量的影响。方法:选用健康雌性成年SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、针刺治疗组、音乐治疗组和针刺音乐治疗组(简称音针组)。采用不可预知的慢性情绪应激方法制作焦虑模型,造模同时,针刺组、音乐组和音针组分别进行相应治疗,观察大鼠各组体重增长和行为学的变化、检测全血T淋巴细胞亚群表达的百分率。结果:(1)针刺组和音针组大鼠体重较模型组显著增长;(2)3个治疗组第21天OT%值、OE%值、旷场试验水平得分及垂直得分均较模型组显著升高;(3)与空白组相比,模型组CD8~+显著降低,CD4~+/CD8~+显著升高,针刺组及音针组CD8~+较模型组显著升高,CD4~+/CD8~+较模型组显著下降。结论:针刺结合音乐疗法及针刺疗法对焦虑模型大鼠的T淋巴细胞亚群起到了良性调节作用。针刺结合音乐疗法有较好的抗焦虑作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with music therapy on behavior and T lymphocyte subsets in anxiety model rats. Methods: 60 healthy female adult SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: blank control group, model group, acupuncture treatment group, music treatment group and acupuncture treatment group. The anxiety model was made by means of unpredictable chronic emotional stress. At the same time, acupuncture group, music group and tone acupuncture group were treated to observe the changes of weight gain and behavior of rats in each group. The percentage of T lymphocyte subsets in whole blood was detected. Results: (1) the body weight of rats in acupuncture group and tone acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in model group, (2) at the 21st day after treatment, the scores of OT%, OEM%, open-field test level and vertical score in three treatment groups were significantly higher than those in model group. (3) compared with the blank group, CD8~ and CD4~ / CD8~ increased significantly in model group, CD8~ in acupuncture group and tone acupuncture group increased significantly compared with model group, and CD4~ / CD8~ decreased significantly compared with model group. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with music therapy and acupuncture therapy play a good role in regulating T lymphocyte subsets of anxiety model rats. Acupuncture combined with music therapy has a better anti-anxiety effect.
