挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌、认知功能的影响及疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌、认知功能影响及疗效。方法:选自医院于2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的睡眠障碍患者96例,依据随机数字表法随机分为观察组48例与对照组48例。对照组给予酸枣仁汤,观察组在对照组基础上结合挑治疗法。两组疗程均为4周。结果:两组ACTH(促肾上腺皮质激素)、CRH(促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素)、TRH(促甲状腺激素释放激素)、GnRH(促性腺激素释放激素)水平治疗后均下降(P0.05);观察组ACTH、CRH、TRH、GnRH水平治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠质量评分治疗后均下降(P0.05);观察组睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠质量评分治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组Mo CA评分治疗后均增加(P0.05);观察组Mo CA评分治疗后高于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(87.50%)高于对照组(70.83%)(P0.05);两组心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,且无明显不良反应。结论:挑治疗法联合酸枣仁汤治疗睡眠障碍患者疗效显著,可改善患者认知功能,改善患者神经内分泌,且安全可靠,值得研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of selective therapy combined with Suanzaoren decoction on neuroendocrine and cognitive function in patients with sleep disorders. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2016, 96 patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). The control group was given Suanzaoren decoction, and the observation group was combined with selective therapy on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks. Results: the levels of ACTH (corticotropin-releasing hormone (), CRH (), corticotropin-releasing hormone (), TRH (), thyrotropin-releasing hormone (), GnRH (), gonadotropin-releasing hormone (), GnRH () in both groups decreased after treatment (P0.05). The level of ACTH,CRH,TRH,GnRH in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and the sleep time, sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, sleep time and sleep quality score in the two groups decreased after treatment (P0.05). The sleep time, sleep disorder, sleep efficiency, sleep time, sleep quality score after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the Mo CA scores in the two groups increased after treatment (P0.05). The Mo CA score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the total effective rate of the observation group (87.50%) was higher than that of the control group (70.83%) (P0.05). ECG, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function were not abnormal in the two groups, and there were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: pickling therapy combined with Suanzaoren decoction can improve the cognitive function and neuroendocrine function of patients with sleep disorders, and it is safe and reliable.
