基于数据挖掘林丽珠治疗乳腺癌用药规律研究

【摘要】：目的:基于"中医传承辅助平台"(V2.5)软件,探讨林丽珠教授治疗乳腺癌的用药规律。方法:收集林丽珠教授治疗乳腺癌的处方,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法分析其治疗乳腺癌的用药规律。结果:对筛选出的149个处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次和药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出18个核心组合和9首新处方。结论:林丽珠教授认为乳腺癌的病机以气郁气虚为本,痰浊瘀血为标,临床多用理气、健脾、化痰、通络之品,体现其"理气补气,祛痰通络"的学术思想。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform (V2.5), this paper discusses the rule of medicine used by Professor Lin Lizhu in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods: the prescription of Professor Lin Lizhu in treating breast cancer was collected, and the rule of drug use in breast cancer was analyzed by using association rule apriori algorithm and complex system entropy clustering and other data mining methods. Results: the 149 prescriptions selected were analyzed to determine the frequency of drug use and the association rules between drugs. 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were excavated. Conclusion: professor Lin Lizhu believes that the pathogenesis of breast cancer is based on qi depression and qi deficiency, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis as standard, clinical use of regulating qi, invigorating spleen, resolving phlegm and clearing collaterals, reflecting its academic thought of "regulating qi and tonifying qi and removing phlegm and clearing collaterals".
