不同健身功法干预睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的疗效观察

【摘要】:目的:观察不同健身功法干预睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的改善情况,从不同的睡眠相关因子的数值变化,探讨健身功法对睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量影响,探索睡眠障碍治疗的新途径。方法:收集2015年12月至2016年12月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院就诊的睡眠障碍患者(49例)、辽宁中医药大学门诊就诊的睡眠障碍患者(25例)、中国医科大学盛京医院就诊的睡眠障碍患者(46例),共计120例。按照随机数字表法分为三组:养心治神功法组、健身组、对照组,每组40人。三组在同时服用低剂量的艾司唑仑为治疗的基础上,养心治神功法组(简称功法组)每日早中晚各1次采用养心治神功法进行干预,健身组每日早晚各1次采用太极拳进行干预,对照组不进行任何的健身功法干预,治疗时间均为40天。治疗前和治疗10天、20天、30天、40天分别进行SPIEGEL睡眠量表的测定,来观察量表中各个睡眠相关因子的数值表达。结果:1.120例患者进组,其中脱落12例,脱落率为10.0%,治疗前功法组、健身组、对照组的性别,年龄与病程3组间无明显差异(P0.05)。2.睡眠障碍临床疗效分析:功法组治愈7例,显效8例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%;健身组治愈5例,显效7例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率78.56%;对照组治愈4例,显效7例,有效13例,无效11例,总有效率68.57%。3.SPIEGEL3组总分比较结果,功法组、健身组、对照组经过40天的治疗后,功法组和健身组优于对照组(P㩳0.05),功法组组优于健身组(P㩳0.05)。4.SPIEGEL3组分项比较结果,功法组、健身组、对照组经过40天的治疗后,入睡时间、总睡眠时间、夜醒次数、睡眠深度、夜间做梦情况、醒后感觉,功法组的各因子数值均优于健身组和对照组(P㩳0.05);入睡时间、总睡眠时间、睡眠深度、夜间做梦情况,健身组优于对照组(P㩳0.05);夜醒次数、醒后感觉,健身组和对照组无显著差异(P0.05)。结论:养心治神功法配合基础量的西药治疗对于睡眠障碍患者具有明显的临床疗效,优于太极拳配合基础量的西药治疗。养心治神功法对于睡眠障碍有一定的改善效果,在睡眠深度方面与醒后感觉方面有较好的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the improvement of sleep quality of patients with sleep disorders by different methods of fitness, and to explore the effect of fitness method on sleep quality of patients with sleep disorders from the numerical changes of different sleep-related factors. To explore a new approach to the treatment of sleep disorders. Methods: from December 2015 to December 2016, 49 patients with sleep disorders and 25 patients with sleep disorders were enrolled in the affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine and out-patient clinics of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine. A total of 120 patients with sleep disorders (46 cases) were admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. They were divided into three groups according to the random number table method: nourishing heart and treating Shen Gong group, fitness group, control group, each group of 40 people. In the three groups, on the basis of taking the low dose of esazolam as the treatment at the same time, the group of nourishing the heart and treating the Shengong (referred to as the functional method group) was intervened with the method of nourishing the heart and treating the Shengong once a day in the morning, in the evening, once a day. The exercise group was treated with Taijiquan once a day in the morning and evening, while the control group was treated for 40 days without any intervention of fitness skill. Before treatment and 10 days, 20 days, 30 days and 40 days after treatment, the SPIEGEL sleep schedule was measured to observe the expression of sleep-related factors in the scale. Results: 1.120 patients were admitted into the group, among which 12 cases fell off, the drop rate was 10.0%. There was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease among the three groups (P0.05). The clinical curative effect analysis of sleep disorder: 7 cases were cured, 8 cases were marked effect, 15 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33% in the functional group, 5 cases were cured, 7 cases were marked effect, 18 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.56% in the exercise group. The control group was cured in 4 cases, effective in 7 cases, effective in 13 cases and ineffective in 11 cases. The total effective rate of 68.57%.3.SPIEGEL3 group was compared. The function group and fitness group were better than the control group (P < 0.05), and the function method group was better than the fitness group (P < 0.05). After 40 days of treatment, the fall asleep time of the 4.SPIEGEL3 group was compared with that of the functional method group, the fitness group and the control group after 40 days of treatment. The total sleep time, awakening times, sleep depth, nighttime dream condition, sensation after waking, and the value of each factor in the functional method group were better than those in the fitness group and the control group (P < 0.05). The sleep time, total sleep time, sleep depth and nighttime dreaming were better in the exercise group than in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the exercise group and the control group in the number of awakening times and the sensation after waking (P0.05). Conclusion: the method of nourishing heart and treating Shengong combined with basic quantity of western medicine has obvious clinical curative effect on patients with sleep disorder, which is better than Taijiquan combined with basic quantity of western medicine. The method of nourishing heart and treating spirit has a certain improvement effect on sleep disorder, and has a better improvement in sleep depth and sensation after waking up.
