宏基因组学与中医证候研究

【摘要】：宏基因组学是指直接提取环境中总DNA,对微生物基因总和进行研究的一门新学科。宏基因组技术是研究不可培养微生物的一种新技术,强调微环境的整体性,与中医学的宏观思想不谋而合。因此,若能将宏基因组技术有效应用于中医证候学的研究,将对于促进中医证候学生物学基础的研究大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Metagenomics is a new subject of direct extraction of total DNA, from the environment to study the sum of microbial genes. Metagenomic technology is a new technology for the study of non-culturable microorganisms, which emphasizes the integrity of microenvironment and coincides with the macroscopical thought of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Therefore, if the metagenomic technique can be applied to the study of TCM syndrome effectively, it will be of great benefit to the study of the biological basis of TCM syndrome.
