李秋艳治疗失眠临床经验

【摘要】：失眠通常指患者对睡眠时间和(或)质量不满足并影响患者社会功能的一种主观体验,长期失眠对患者产生严重的影响,甚至导致恶性意外事故发生,因此失眠当受到社会重视。李秋艳主任医师,从事临床工作20余年来,系统掌握内科疾病的中西医诊治,在治疗上突出中医特色,除药物治疗外,还运用针灸、耳穴埋豆、物理康复等传统中医疗法,尤其擅长糖尿病、甲状腺、亚健康、抑郁症、慢性疲劳、失眠等疾病的中西医结合治疗。李秋艳认为失眠常见可分肝气郁滞、心神不安、阴虚火旺、瘀血内阻、痰热扰神、心脾两虚等型,临床当观脉症,结合体质,依法随症治疗。
[Abstract]:Insomnia usually refers to a subjective experience in which patients are not satisfied with sleep time and / or quality and affect their social function. Long-term insomnia has a serious impact on patients, and even leads to malignant accidents. Therefore, insomnia should be paid attention to by the society. Li Qiuyan, chief physician, has been engaged in clinical work for more than 20 years. He has systematically mastered the diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine diseases and highlighted the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment. In addition to drug treatment, he also used acupuncture and moxibustion, ear point burying beans, physical rehabilitation and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments. Especially good at diabetes, thyroid, subhealth, depression, chronic fatigue, insomnia and other diseases of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Li Qiuyan believes that insomnia can be divided into stagnation of liver and qi, uneasiness of heart, deficiency of yin and fire, internal obstruction of blood stasis, disturbance of phlegm and heat, deficiency of both heart and spleen, etc., which should be treated according to law in combination with physique.
