基于改进Apriori算法的名老中医治疗高血压病验案挖掘研究

【摘要】:目的:研究名老中医治疗高血压病的方法和经验,为高血压病的中医药治疗提供依据。方法:将搜集到的413例80年代后名老中医治疗高血压病的验案输入到病历管理平台,应用此平台进行辨证规律、舌脉规律、用药规律分析以及基于改进Apriori算法挖掘研究。结果:(1)频率分析:(1)证型:常见证型为气虚证、血瘀证、气滞证、阴虚证、湿热证、阳亢证、热毒证,且各种证型常相兼为病;(2)症状:多见眩晕、头痛、易怒、倦怠、胸闷、乏力;(3)舌质:多见红舌、淡舌;(4)舌苔:多见薄苔、黄苔、白苔;(5)脉象:多见数脉、弦脉、细脉。(2)用药分析:(1)用药频率:413例验案中共用中药230种,次数最多者为川芎,次数最少者为地骨皮、青蒿等;(2)改进Apriori算法挖掘研究:最小置信度选择0.1,分别对所有高血压病验案、7种常见证型高血压病验案、6种常见临床症状高血压病验案进行数据挖掘,分别挖出1-25个不同数量的核心方。结论:分析、挖掘结果具有临床意义,能够为高血压病的中医药治疗提供客观的数据支持,为临床高血压病的辨证提供帮助,为名老中医经验传承提供新方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the methods and experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension and provide the basis for the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods:413 cases of hypertension were input to the medical record management platform in the collected 413 cases in the 1980 's. The pattern of differentiation, the rule of tongue and the law of the tongue and the law of the medication were analyzed and the research was carried out on the basis of the improved Apriori algorithm. Results: (1) Frequency analysis: (1) Syndrome type: The common type of syndrome is Qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, damp-heat syndrome, yang hyperactive syndrome, and heat-toxin syndrome, and all types of syndromes are often associated with diseases; (2) symptoms: the most common vertigo, headache, irritability, listlessness, chest distress, and asthenia; (3) hyoid: common red tongue, pale tongue; (4) tongue coating: common thin moss, yellow and white moss; (5) pulse condition: more common pulse, chord and fine vein. (2) Analysis of the medication: (1) The frequency of the drug: (1) the frequency of the drug: in 413 cases, the total number of Chinese medicines is 230 species, the most frequent is the Sichuan province, the number of times is the ground skin, the sweet wormwood and the like; (2) the research of the Apriori algorithm is improved: the minimum confidence is selected to be 0.1, Data mining was carried out on all hypertension cases,7 common types of hypertension,6 common clinical symptoms and essential hypertension, and 1 to 25 different numbers of core parties were excavated. Conclusion: The results of the analysis and excavation are of clinical significance, which can provide objective data support for the treatment of essential hypertension, and provide a new way for the development of the experience of the old Chinese medicine in the name of the syndrome differentiation of the clinical hypertension.
