时辰穴位贴敷对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者晨峰血压的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨时辰穴位贴敷对肝阳上亢高血压病患者晨峰血压的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的高血压病患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各36例,2组在接受常规降压治疗基础上,对照组按常规时段(10:00)、观察组于卯时(5:00—7:00)进行穴位贴敷,1次/d,干预4周后观察2组患者晨峰血压的变化情况。结果干预后观察组晨峰血压、起床后2 h内平均收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组晨峰血压正常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);2组间夜间收缩压最低值比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论时辰穴位贴敷有助于缓解高血压病患者晨峰血压增高。
