【摘要】：正为保护人的生命和健康,维护人的尊严,尊重和保护受试者的合法权益,规范涉及人的生物医学研究伦理审查工作,国家卫生和计划生育委员会于2016年10月12日发布了《涉及人的生物医学研究伦理审查办法》(以下简称《办法》),自2016年12月1日起施行。该《办法》适用于各级各类医疗卫生机构开展涉及人的生物医学研究伦理审查工作。文件中所称涉及人的生物医学研究包括以下活动:(1)采用现代物理学、化学、生物学、中医药学和心理学等方法对人的生理、心
