阿塞拜疆高等教育与就业市场的匹配性研究

  自1991年以来,阿塞拜疆经济已经完成从中央集权经济到市场经济的转化。新经济形式有其自身的劳动力市场需求。此外,在当今世界,科技进步对就业需求的影响是不可否认的。该研究旨在考察,高等教育使毕业生满足当前就业市场趋势需要的响应。研究从两个阶段来衡量高等教育与劳动力市场的互动。首先,从招聘网站调查私人就业市场需求,并且从二手数据分析调查大学录取数据。这一阶段能够帮助笔者得出结论,是否有足够的人进入行业最需要的研究领域;在对劳动力市场需求和高等教育统计数据进行整体概括之后,笔者从雇员的角度考察高等教育对就业的响应。本研究采用混合方法。研究工具是内容分析与带有封闭式和开放式问题的问卷调查。由于本研究将高等教育作为一种能够获得更好就业机会的投资来调查,笔者认为人力资本理论(贝克尔,1964)将更好地指导本研究。本研究对学术的贡献有两方面。第一,对比了发达国家和转型期国家的就业市场需求;第二,考察我们的大学课程是否能让毕业生适应变化的就业市场。本研究是首次从雇员的角度来考察工作需求和员工技能之间的匹配程度如何随着时间推移而发展。调查显示,信息技术、商业、经济等领域的工作岗位需求量最大。然而,公立高等...
