公共警务:在互联互助中重塑熟人社会

【摘要】：解决社会转型期的警务困境,要充分利用公共警务这个支点,在构建诚信的组织化社会中,警察要变"我为民众做什么"为"我带民众做什么"。只有建成集政策引导、信息共享、法治保障于一体的支撑平台,并彻底抛弃警察管理者的官架子,俯下身子携手各界共治,才能实现双重内化功能,共建良好的社会治安秩序。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the difficult situation of police affairs in the period of social transformation, we should make full use of the fulcrum of public policing in order to build an organized society of honesty and credit. The police should change from "what do I do for the public" to "what do I do with the public". Only by building a supporting platform that integrates policy guidance, information sharing, and rule of law protection, and completely abandoning the official airs of police managers. To achieve dual internalization function and build a good public order together, we can bend down and work hand in hand with all walks of life to govern together.
